About Group Classes
Group classes run month-to-month and meet twice a week on Zoom, either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Enrollment includes access to our class portal with recordings, notes, weekly homework, and a tailored Quizlet set. With only 2 to 6 students per group, you’ll get plenty of personal attention and speaking practice. Classes focus on conversational confidence, grammar, listening, cultural insights, and everyday expressions—all in a fun, supportive space that helps you shake off the stress of the day while learning Spanish.

A Note From Kristine, Founder of Luna Spanish
As a young woman who decided to embark on the journey of learning Spanish as a second language, I can understand the multiple beauties as well as some of the struggles that are faced when learning another language. I always had many teachers who inspired me to be the teacher that I am today. Whether it was in the United States, or in Argentina where I studied abroad, my teachers always challenged their students and motivated them to interact with the language. They engaged us in authentic practices. More importantly, they always demonstrated empathy for someone struggling with confidence in their language journey. Despite any struggles of feeling overwhelmed or defeated, my teachers were always the ones to show up and prove my doubts wrong. They made me feel worthy, showed me patience, and helped me truly grow. Because of them, I never gave up. Because of these wonderful educators, I decided to take myself as far as possible with Spanish. After graduating college with a Bachelor Degree in Spanish Education and a minor in ESL (English as a Second Language), I moved to Madrid, Spain to teach English and that is where my teaching journey began. Thereafter, I landed a position as a Spanish teacher in one of the top schools in North America; The International Academy. I then moved to Argentina and began this online business. During that time, I traveled to Peru, Mexico and El Salvador. I am now living a beautiful life in Arizona and am here, with this company, to connect people from around the world through language learning. I am here for others to grow, feel confident, and obtain opportunities for travel. Just like my favorite quote by Charlemagne says, “To learn another language is to possess a second soul.”

About Luna Spanish
Luna Spanish was born out of my passion for second language acquisition and desire to share this with the world. All throughout my journey to learn Spanish, I have been my own advocate for becoming fluent and feeling safe while speaking as well as feeling connected to other people and other cultures from around the world. Because of this unique experience of mine, I have decided to leave my public school job behind to make this company that is geared toward an authentic and productive way of learning and truly using the skill of second language acquisition. I provide a personal touch to my academy so that clients feel that they know their teacher as well as the company. With a sense of empathy in mind, clients truly feel their individuality shine as well as success when they finish a class with Luna Spanish Online.
